My stay for 2 weeks at Treeline Urban Resort was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I stepped in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with luxurious amenities. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the on-site dining was outstanding with delicious food and excellent service. I visited Suri spa several times and had a truly rejuvenated and relaxing experience. The breakfast was tasty and so many healthy options. If you need a tour guide? I highly recommend Tiger! We spent 3 days together, one day was a cycling tour to Angkor Wat , and don't miss out on the Floating Village tour, a must at Sunset and the cooking school!!! The General Manager, Chamreoun, went over and beyond to accommodate me when I became very ill and his personal attention with the staff, made an unpleasant time bearable. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience. Thank you Treeline Urban Resort !!

Really enjoyed our stay here - the exterior and interior design of the hotel is stunning, it's in a nice quiet location but easy to walk to the centre and there are a few coffee shops nearby (the one next door is good). The hotel is not too large so has a lovely feel to it and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is also very clean. There are plenty of tuk-tuks outside the hotel so very easy to grab one. The food and coffee at breakfast was delicious - not a buffet but order off the menu. We arrived late one morning as we got confused with the time breakfast finished and the staff were happy to serve us. There are excellent vegetarian options at breakfast and dinner and the food is very good. Overall, we looked at a few hotels when deciding where to stay in Siem Reap and we are happy we picked this one, would definitely return to stay here.

Everything! We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay in Siem Reap. - Location is perfect, just at the river front, close to city center yet still very quiet. - Room is spacious and well equipped, beds are super comfortable. Sound insulation is amazing. Water festival was happening during last two days of our stay, so there was a lot happening at the river front just in front of the hotel, with loud music etc. That didn't bother us once we entered our room, you could still hear a bit of sound from the outside but it wasn't disturbing at all. - Pool is great and not too crowded, we always found a space to chill after our mornings at Angkor War. - Food is so good! We only tried multiple small bites at the pool, their dumplings and avocado shake are especially delicious. - Staff is lovely, helpful and always smiling.

Treeline Urban Resort is simply beautiful. It is an aesthetic delight with a central open courtyard filled with sculptures, trees and cascading vines. The light, art and foliage create an environment of tranquility and beauty. The staff are brilliant. They do everything they can to ensure all the guests are happy and content. The manager, Joni Aker, is exceptional. We loved absolutely everything- from the luxurious bed and generously sized rooms to the delicious food at breakfast and the adjoining restaurant, Romiet, to the fabulous staff. Siem Reap itself is charming, and the Angkor Wat complex and surrounding temples are deserving of the Eight Wonder of the World title. We stayed five nights and loved every minute.

The service was the best of anywhere I have stayed. The team when above and beyond. Sohkna and Chuun and Thanya (sp) were so exceptionally kind and helpful. Sohkna put together an amazing itinerary for us, temple tours, cooking classes, apsara dance show. We would come back just to visit them. They made our stay so memorable. The spa and treatments with Leta were amazing and I wish I could remember the waiter’s name at Seed that greeted us each morning with genuine kindness. The property is beautifully designed and really committed to sustainability. Even reusable coffee pods! Thank you for an amazing stay.
